Effective September 28, 2026. Before the Trade collects information used to create and operate an account, including identity information provided through secure sign-in, learning preferences, completed questions, scores, assessment results, support messages and subscription status.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver member features, personalize learning paths, preserve progress, process support requests, improve educational content, communicate service information and protect the platform. Before the Trade does not sell personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Before the Trade receives subscription and transaction status but does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

Educational data

Readiness responses and quiz results are educational records, not medical information, diagnoses or trading-suitability determinations.

Retention and security

Records are retained for legitimate operational, security, accounting and legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications and request access, correction or deletion of eligible information through the Contact page, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
